WHAT IS 18K GOLD FILLED?

18k gold filled is a beautiful more affordable alternative to solid gold. It's a genuine layer of gold that is bonded onto a base metal (white brass) with heat and pressure. A total of three layers of gold for awesome coverage. It is extremely durable, wont chip or flake and is tarnish resistant.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Although our own R & D Department has worn some of our pieces to sleep as well as in the shower, our jewelry pieces are delicate and deserve extra love and care.

Remove jewelry if you plan to get wet such as going to the beach, pool, shower, bath, pool or spa.
Remove jewelry before going to sleep, exercise, or any strenuous activities. This is to avoid any unnecessary wear and tear.
Put your jewelry on last after your make-up skin care, perfume, hairspray etc...
Avoid contact with any harsh chemicals such as household cleaners, acid, alkali and corrosive substances. This includes any chemical jewelry cleaners.
Wipe down your jewelry with a soft, lint free, polishing cloth.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns for store credit only if product is shipped back within 10 days of receipt. Returns past this date will be charged 20% restocking fee, 20% will be deducted from your store credit. All items purchased during a sale are final sales. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship out items via First Class USPS within 48 hours of purchase. US orders are a $5 flat rate. Tracking info will be emailed to you automatically once your item ships, 1-3 days after placing your order.

We are currently only shipping orders within the U.S.

WILL THERE BE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

Sales tax differs by state. It will be added to your order depending on where you are located.
